Yup. There I sat trying to figure out what to say on the profile. I knew there had to be something of interest I could say, more than the average, graduated in 1959 at Lamar Junior College, raised two daughters, spent a lifetime repairing other people’s appliances and milking cows every morning. Although… all of that would have been true. I just don’t feel like the average dog.
I’m a little taller, a little more traveled and a bit more adventurous than the average dog on the planet. Or at least, I like to think so.
As a Korean veteran, I understand the dangers that come with living and I know I’m capable of taking care of myself. So with that out of the way, the only thing left is taking care of others. And that’s what I talk about in my profile. I discuss the process of building characters and designing in elements of survival in my book, Out of the Forest.
